Everything is Energy

When you walk into a room the energy of that rooms shifts. When you leave a room, remnants of your energy lingers. When you cast a smile in a strangers way, your energy touches theirs. Your smile may be the only joy they receive that day.

Think then about the trail you leave behind. You touch peoples lives so deeply without even realizing it. Leave then the trail of loving energy, of kindness and of a smile. Smile at strangers, send them your blessings because when you do, you are blessing yourself.
