Daily Rituals to Supercharge Yourself

In and of itself the mind will gravitate to the negative. It’s a survival instinct. It’s always looking for threats to your existence because it’s primary role is to keep you safe. It’s the human default program to protect you both physically and emotionally from being hurt.

Left to it’s own devices it keeps you stuck. It keeps you in a negative loop. It keeps you in its comfort zone because that’s where it knows it safe. There are no surprises there. It’s comfortable and familiar. Even though it might not be fulfilling, it’s what it knows.

But here’s the kicker...

If you stay there your life we remain as it is.

Unfulfilling. 
Limited. 
Dissatisfied.

Why? Because....

There’s no chance for growth. 
There’s no room for expansion. 
There’s no space for change.

So how do we change this?

You change this by creating daily rituals that you KNOW will expand your belief in yourself, your conscious awareness and your vision of a fulfilled future self which then starts to change your experience in life.

Here are the daily rituals I use to instill new software programming in my mind to help create the space for change to manifest the reality I desire stepping outside the comfort zone that is humanities performance trap...

1. Daily meditation 🧘‍♀️ 
2. Exercise - Walk/Run/Yoga 🏃🏼‍♀️ 
3. Listen to inspiring thought provoking audio 🔊
4. Read something that expands my awareness 🤯
5. Set intentions for the day 🤔
6. Listen to an affirmations audio each night ☺️
7. Write/Create content/Journal 📝
8. Mindfulness/Presence awareness 🥰
9. Remember gratitude/joy/self love & appreciation 😍
10. Remember my goals, dreams, desires
11. Allow myself to dream 🤔
12. Feel my future reality as a present experience 💆🏼‍♀️
13. Be conscious of the thoughts that serve my desires and switch the ones that don’t 💜
14. Listen to relaxation music while getting ready for my day 🎶 
15. Know that what I desire already is 😌
16. Work with a mentor/coach 🗣

Sometimes I manage each of these, other times it’s a stretch and sometimes I only achieve a few.

These are the daily goals I set for myself because if I don’t, I know that I will revert to my human state of fear, doubt and lack of self belief.

It takes discipline and a burning desire for change and to commit to your future successful, fulfilled self that’s waiting to be remembered and awakened in your today.
