Gratitude
I’m here to remind you...
We’re all so quick to judge what’s not working around us. We easily focus on what’s not going right. What’s going wrong. Our frustrations and disappointments.
We use that as our compass and measure of how life is working for us.
We react and respond instead of observing and questioning.
But here’s the thing...
Life measured from the outside is a surefire recipe for a stressful existence. It’s what Neville Goddard calls ‘living in the world of Caesar. Of pushing and pulling in the external world.
When we react and respond to external circumstances we actually strengthen what’s happening energetically. We get entangled in this energetic cesspool of fear and anxiety.
The way to recreate your world and your reality is to observe what’s going right.
If ‘thoughts become things’ according to the mystic Thomas Troward then where focus goes energy flows.
Start practicing the observation of what’s going right. The little moments and things that have brought you joy today.
What are you grateful for now as you read this? Stop and really think about it. Look up. What do you see? What are you grateful for in this moment?
Make it your daily practice to awaken your awareness of wonderful instead of your focus on the critical.
As you do this you soften your reality.
You soften your mind.
You open your heart.
You step into love.
You diminish fear.
You connect to well being.
You release resistance.
And you open your awareness to wonderful.
Isn’t that a better way of being?
Make this your daily practice, to step into gratitude. You will shift the collective consciousness not only of your soul but of the whole world which we so need right now.
The planet needs you.
Consciousness needs you.
Love needs you.
