How To Become A Magnetic Power In Your Life
Harnessing The Power Of Gratitude
Everything in the universe is energy which includes our thoughts and our feelings. We are vibrational beings who resonate at different frequencies. Our minds are like the antena reaching into the universal field of energy and what we think and how we feel is the vibration we tune into and then attract that as experience in our lives.
Like attracts like. Your thoughts, feelings and beliefs determine the frequency and vibration of your energy. When you feel good, you attract more things in your life to feel good about. When you feel bad, you are experiencing negative emotions such as jealousy, resentment, dissatisfaction, or feelings of 'not enough'. That is the energy that you are extending or the channel you are tuning into in the energy field. This energy repels what your desires are. It pulls them away from you.
If you feel unworthy, you'll attract more reason to feel unworthy. You won't get that promotion, or that relationship, or that thing you've wanted. If you feel lack you'll attract more reasons to feel lack. You'll spend whatever money comes in to you or you'll struggle with your bills and find it hard to make ends meet, or your car will break down. You won't be in the flow of ease and abundance.
The Most Powerful Law
If everything is energy and your thoughts attract the energetic match to you, then does it not make sense that if you want good things to appear into your life that make you feel good, that you should feel good in order to attract them? This is what we call the law of attraction and the energy of gratitude is the energy which pulls your desires towards you like metalic shavings to a magnet. It the law of the universe.
When you step into the feeling or gratitude on a daily basis it becomes like an awakening. Your life starts to shift and change to reflect those thoughts and emotions of joy. You start to attract opportunities, meet new people, create new friendships or whatever it is that you are looking to achieve into your life becomes drawn to you. The things, people or experiences move towards you.
4 Steps To Applying Gratitude
So now that we understand how the law of attraction is activated into our lives to attract good, lets look at some ways you can apply it and use it on a daily basis.
Keep a daily journal - One way to heighten the emotion of gratitude is to keep a daily journal of the things that you are grateful for. Reflect on your day. What were you grateful for? Any small thing you can think of. Like the sun on your face, or the warmth of your jacket. List at least ten items each day before you go to sleep.
Say Thank You - The first thing in the morning as your eyes open say thank you for your comfortable bed, the softness of your pillow which supported you all night. The blankets that kept you warm or the airconditioner that made you feel comfortable all night. Say thank you from your heart space when you put your feet slip into your slippers. When you have your morning coffee and your warm shower. Repeat this countless times a day.
Being grateful for the future - Take the time to write 10 things you wish to achieve daily in your future in present tense statements. For example; 'I am so happy and grateful now that..................................' Feel the feelings of having your desires fulfilled. A good tool to help you with this is Rhonda Byrne's The Secret Gratitude Journal. It will give you ideas on what you could be grateful for in your future.
Listen to audios or videos - One of my favourite tools is audio or video which talk about gratitude or walk you through different processes of gratitude. My favourite one so far is this one by Tony Robbins.
The more you use gratitude every day in your life, the more the greater good will emerge in your life. It is all you have to do to begin the transformation of change toward those things you desire. You will increase your magnetic power to attract the life of your dreams.
